Chuck Sanchez is an 18-year marketing professional specializing in strategic problem solving, change management, and team building. Chuck’s background spans leadership of multiple agency startups, state government organizations, blue-chip brands, world-class agencies, and B2B marketing consulting. As such, Chuck has both the experience to advise brands and the savvy to be the oft-invisible right hand to success.
During his time as director of marketing and sales with the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, Chuck built and led full marketing and sales teams. He established a modern digital marketing program within a half-century-old state organization while successfully navigating both the state level politics influencing the organization and the internal politics of competing priorities.
Chuck led the team to a $90 MM ROI on a $1.5 MM budget while also rebranding the organization, launching a new state org website, and successfully saving the Illinois MAP Grant program through the establishment of a state-wide grassroots initiative that achieved buy-in from the Illinois governor.
Chuck graduated with a B.A. in Public Relations from Marquette University and is the proud father of a hilarious Chihuahua and cheeky cat. Ask him for photos. He loves that.
