Senior Advisor, Communications

Kimberly J. Payne serves as the Senior Communications Advisor. With more than 20 years of experience in the government, education and non-profit sectors, she has held positions such as Manager of Marketing and Fund Development at Racine County Human Services Department, Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Racine County and Dean of Students at 21st Century Preparatory School in Racine.

 

Kimberly is fueled by her passion for the community, thirst for education and desire to empower vulnerable community members. She believes engagement is essential in order to make a true and lasting impact in any organization or community.

 

A Racine native, Kimberly is a proud graduate of J.I. Case High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Drake University, and a master’s degree in education from Iowa State University. A wife, mother, and grandmother, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and watching movies.
