Kane Communications Group Expanding

MILWAUKEE, WI (January 15, 2018) – Kane Communications Group, a women-owned, strategic communications firm, today announced the company is expanding with offices in Milwaukee’s central business district. Kane will move into a newly renovated space in the Two-Fifty building while maintaining its office in Racine, Wis.

“We wanted an office in Downtown Milwaukee that inspires us to continue thinking big,” says Kimberly Kane, President and CEO of Kane Communications Group. “We outgrew our locations in Racine and in the Third Ward and needed a professional space that could expand with our growth, offered areas for large group meetings and presentations, and put us in the heart of the city where exciting things are happening.”

Kane founded Kane Communications Group in 2013 after an award-winning career in television news, including with WTMJ-4 and roles in business development and community affairs in Milwaukee’s business community. The company provides strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and as well as public relations, crisis management, brand, marketing, social media, digital strategy and video production services.

“Communications is a core business strategy today, driven largely by technology and the way people search for and use information. We find many companies aren’t sure how to take advantage of the opportunities this new era provides or how to protect themselves from challenges it can create,” said Kane. “We work with boards of directors and senior-level leaders to look at communications from the c-suite level, always engaging leadership. We build strategic communications plans that align with business plans and we help implement them to achieve our goals.”

This past year, Kane Communications Group received national and international awards for its work, including a Platinum MarCom Award for Strategic and Integrated Communications, a Paragon Award of Distinction in the category of internal communications – government and a Gold AVA Digital Award for Video Production. In addition, the US Department of State selected Kane to host a group of women entrepreneurs from Tajikistan looking to learn from other women-owned businesses in the United States as part of an international business program. Kane looks forward to adding to these accomplishments in 2018 and will also introduce its new brand and website early in 2018.

Kane worked with Colliers International – Wisconsin to find its new home. Two-Fifty is owned by Fulcrum 250 East, LLC, a joint venture between Fulcrum Asset Advisors and Millbrook Properties, with Millbrook also responsible for managing the property. Kane’s office, a 3,558-square-foot suite, is on the building’s 12th floor.

“We are delighted to welcome Kane Communications Group as our newest tenant at Two-Fifty,”said Mark Nicholson, General Manager of Millbrook Properties. “We look forward to seeing their continued success and including them among our tenants that are exceptional business leaders and contributors to our community.”
