Meet Kane’s Fall 2020 Interns

For many college students, obtaining internship opportunities almost as important as excelling in the classroom. An internship can be key to standing out amongst a large pool of applicants. According to a report from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), 56% of 2019 college students who interned while pursuing their undergraduate degree were able to join the company’s they interned for as traditional employees. Even if an internship doesn’t turn into a full-time position, interns walk away with valuable, real-world experiences to add to their resume.

At Kane Communications Group, we are committed to training the next generation of public relations practitioners. This is why we offer our interns the opportunity to gain experience, increase marketability, network, build their resumes, grow professionally, and receive professional feedback - all before entering the workforce.

With a shift to remote work, our spring and summer interns proved it was possible to offer a meaningful internship experience virtually. This allowed us to expand our search for interns beyond the Milwaukee area. For fall 2020, Kane selected six ambitious and talented interns to join the Kane team. Each intern offers a unique perspective as they work remotely from all over the globe.
